Claire's Hello Kitty Cake

I had the opportunity to make Claire’s Hello Kitty cookies for her school treats and her Hello Kitty Cake for her Birthday Party.  Claire's cake is a dairy free chocolate cake that is topped with dairy free buttercream. 
Happy Birthday Claire, it was so nice to see your house all decorated in Hello Kitty for the party.
