Rocket Cookies

So as I type I have the theme song for Little Einstein’s going through my head...I don't know what it is about that show, but my 2 older boys have enjoyed it over the years.

I had the opportunity to make some "Rocket Cookies" for my friend Kara's son. Last year I made Grayson Toy Story Cookies, and this year I made him these.

Happy Birthday Grayson!
Many, many thanks Kara!

Pink Cupcakes for the Doctors and staff

Natalie and Jon wanted to thank everyone who helped bring their sweet little girl Madelyn into this world, so today when they go in for an appointment they will be showering the medical staff that helped them through this journey with some pink cupcakes.  Half of the cupcakes are chocolate and the other half are a white cake.  What a sweet gesture on their behalf.

I decided to shower Natalie and Jon with a small cake.  Their small cake is a white and chocolate marble cake.

Thanks Natalie and Jon!

Beach Party...

If you follow me on a regular basis you saw my post about my Hawaiian cookies I made for Humana.

From what I gather it was a success, as I was asked if I could make a few more. I made enough cookies for Humana to have some, as well as our pastor, my eye doctor, and my husband’s office. This time given the short notice, I only made Hawaiian shirts and beach balls. So here they are. Thanks again Cassie and Jeb!

Hawaiian/Beach Cookies

I was asked to make some cookies to help raise awareness for Humana Bowls for Big Brothers Big Sisters. I made 132 cookies that were Flamingos, Beach Balls, Hibiscus, Palm Trees and Hawaiian Shirts.

The bowling takes place on Saturday January 28th, 2012, and my cookies are going to be sold at 3 different Humana locations prior to the 28th, to help spread the word about the 34th Annual Bowl for Kids' Sake Beach Party.  Here is more info about the bowling if you are interested.  www.bbbsnew.org
