Footballs and Hearts

Jay asked if I could make some of my rolled chocolate chip cookies in the shape of hearts and footballs for his daughter's class. The girls in the class will get hearts and the boys will get footballs.  Here's how they turned out.

Thanks again Jay!

For Jen’s Sweeties

Jen asked me to make some extra special goodies for the people she loves the most...I made Valentine cookies and a "Rob" for her.

For those of you who don't know the "Rob" is chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream that is topped with chocolate shavings.

Knowing Jen and her sense of humor (we are training together for the half marathon and half ironman so I get to spend a lot of quality time with her) I made an extra special cookie for her.

Happy Valentine's Day!
Thanks Jen!

Classroom Valentine's Treats

Similar to last year I made a cookie for each person in my boys class.

Their classmates went on one side of the heart cookie and my son's names went on the other side.

I also made a heart shaped cookie cake for one of my son's classes for the Valentine's Party.
Happy Valentine's Day!

Cookies without a picture :(

I just delivered some cookies and forgot to take a picture of them.

Oh well I hope that Dr. Hayes and crew enjoyed the Valentine Heart cookies and the rolled out Chocolate Chip cookies we delivered this morning.  :)

Thanks from the bottom of my heart cookies.

Today I took my baby in for a well-child visit...it's hard to believe that he is 18 months old. I made a plate of cookies for the clinic and also took some cookies into Public Health to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for the services that they provide.

Thank you for all you do!

Annika's Birthday Cookies

Annika is celebrating her 7th Birthday today with some close friends. I made Annika and her friend’s heart shaped chocolate chip cookies and then frosted the cookies and put their names on them. The cookies are doubling as dessert for the girls as well as a party favors.

Happy Birthday Annika!

Sweet Valentine!

My kids live from one holiday to the next...even before Christmas they were wondering what holiday would be next...Groundhog's day...which technically we don't celebrate all that much, so they have been looking forward to Valentine's Day...I was asked to make some Valentine's cookies for a photo shot for CRG Photography.

Thanks Cassie...as always I look forward to seeing your handy work.

Wingert Family Christmas

The Wingert Family is celebrating their Christmas this weekend, and Pam asked if I could make some cookies for the occasion. She wanted winter cookies, but not necessarily Christmas cookies. We decided on snowmen and snowflakes.

Pam also wanted a "special" set of cookies to embarrass her younger sister. So I made a matching set and threw the cookies in a Victoria's Secret® bag and sent them with Pam.

Thanks Pam!

Sam and Adam's Wedding Cookies

I was asked to make some heart shaped cookies for Samantha and Adam's wedding. The day was beautiful weather wise and I'm sure the wedding was as well.

Congrats Sam and Adam!

Thanks Jody for the order!

Mike and Tricia's Rehearsal Dinner Cookies

So up until Sunday I was all set to make 100 Motorcycle cookies, then I talked to Jody (Mike's Mom) and we decided that I would make Motorcycle cookies, Martini Cookies and some heart cookies for the rehearsal dinner she is hosting tonight.

Mike and Tricia's colors are Harley Orange and Black, but Mike and Tricia each have their own Cobalt blue motorcycle.

So here are the cookies for tonight’s festivities.

Congrats Tricia and Mike.

Thanks Jody!
Enjoy!

Rehearsal Dinner Samples

Here are some “sample” cookies I made for our neighbor who is hosting her son’s rehearsal dinner at her house.
I tried different things making the hearts into tuxedos and dress tops, writing the date on their cookies, mini wedding cakes.  They have previously sampled my martini cookies and those were something else we considered, but what we ended up deciding on was motorcycles.

Yes…motorcycles.
I showed the bride and groom to be who just happened to be over eating dinner and they both agreed that motorcycle cookies it would be.
So be on the lookout for some motorcycle cookies in my future.

Enjoy!
